A practical foundation for understanding contributor mental health in media settings.
Designed for psychologists, mental health professionals, welfare staff and production professionals who are new to this area, or who want to strengthen their understanding before progressing to more specialised practice. You’ll explore how programmes are commissioned and made, how the production process can shape contributor experience and wellbeing, where psychological expertise fits, and what safe, ethical involvement looks like.
Learn from people who helped shape modern contributor care.
Kinder Media brings together psychologists with extensive media duty-of-care experience and senior producers from some of television's most influential formats. Our trainer network includes production expertise from Big Brother, The X Factor and TOWIE, including experience developing some of the industry's earliest contributor duty-of-care protocols.
